Smart Fuel MCT C8 is an energy gel with a creamy texture, made on the basis of a dried fruit cream that contributes about 120 kcal per gel and is characterized by its high fat content. It contains mainly palatinose, MCT C8 and L-carnitine. Available in two flavors, sweetened exclusively with rice syrup, with no added sugar or sweeteners at all.

• Approximately 5 g palatinose: Energy release occurs over a longer period of time - during and after exercise. Insulin levels remain more constant without spiking, promoting faster delivery of glucose at the cellular level and maintaining blood glucose levels longer. As a result of rapid gastric emptying, digestion is aided so that gastrointestinal discomfort is alleviated.
• Coconut is responsible for supplying 4g of MCT C8 (medium chain triglycerides) in each gel, which have high quality fatty acids and help prevent glycogen stores from being depleted during exercise. They provide a continuous and long-lasting supply of energy and help reduce the formation of lactate.
• 300 mg L-Carnitine: It helps to transport the long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria of the cells, improving the energy supply to the muscle and increasing blood flow in this area.
