Castelli Cold Days 2nd Layer Shirt met Lange Mouwen Dames - black 010
Het Polartec® Alpha®-materiaal is een uitstekende isolatie - zacht, elastisch en licht. Een paar jaar geleden dachten we dat het geweldig zou zijn voor baselayers, maar het voelde nogal vochtig en klam aan tegen de huid. Toen Castelli echter op zoek was naar meer thermische bescherming voor gravelritten bij temperaturen onder nul, testten ze de Alpha®-prototypes als tweede laag over een Prosecco-basislaag - en kwamen ze met de perfecte combinatie voor ritten bij koud weer.
Ze werkten aan de details en perfectioneerden deze tweede laag voor koude dagen. Castelli heeft hem voorzien van een ritssluiting die halflang is, zodat hij niet te vol wordt op de buik. En ze hebben de ritssluiting iets uit het midden geplaatst om te voorkomen dat er meerdere ritssluitingen bij elkaar komen bij de hals. Castelli heeft de pasvorm dicht op het lichaam gehouden, zodat je de keuze hebt om ze in je panty te stoppen of eroverheen te dragen, zoals zij doen. Ze hebben ook ontdekt dat ze geweldig werken over een Flanders, Bandito, Miracolo of Seamless baselayer.
