Gilets bieden een aantal voordelen, vooral in de overgangsperiode of als isolerende laag onder een hardshell jas: ze beschermen het bovenlichaam tegen afkoeling zonder de bewegingsvrijheid te beperken of warmte op te bouwen tijdens lichamelijke activiteit. De Neyland II is een gewatteerd gilet voor heren met een hoge opstaande kraag die wind en kou van het bovenlichaam weghoudt. De buitenstof van het gilet heeft ook een PFC-vrije Eco Finish water- en vuilafstotende afwerking - zodat het zelfs bestand is tegen korte regenbuien.
Twee zijzakken met ritssluiting bieden ruimte voor de belangrijkste accessoires als je zonder rugzak onderweg bent. En natuurlijk slaat het Neyland II gewatteerde gilet voor heren ook in het dagelijks leven een goed figuur! Het VAUDE Green Shape label staat voor een milieuvriendelijk, functioneel product gemaakt van duurzame materialen. Als lid met Leader Status bij de onafhankelijke organisatie Fair Wear zet VAUDE zich in voor eerlijke arbeidsomstandigheden en eerlijke lonen.
