Korte broeken zijn een obsessie bij Castelli. Ze zijn het belangrijkste kledingstuk en een van de moeilijkst te realiseren. Hoewel de Prima ons instapmodel is, laat hij zien dat we geen compromissen sluiten op het gebied van comfort en prestaties. Het begint met het damesspecifieke KISS Air² Donna zeem. Zelfs de naam verwijst naar het proces van constante verbetering dat begon met een zacht KISS zeem, verbeterd met een groter ademend vermogen (Air) en verder verbeterd in de laatste update door het gebruik van het zachtste bovenmateriaal ooit (2).
Het is klaar voor je volgende grote rit, binnen of buiten. Castelli heeft de stof geüpdatet naar de nieuwe Pro Dry Soft, die een gladde, matte afwerking heeft die koel aanvoelt op de huid en tegelijkertijd zeer ondersteunend en sneldrogend is. We wilden dat deze shorts jarenlang meegingen, dus kleine details zoals de reflecterende patches zijn ingenaaid in plaats van erop geplakt, en het GIRO³ elastische trekkoord is direct in de stof geweven. Deze aandacht voor detail - noem het obsessie als je wilt - is de reden waarom Castelli's shorts op instapniveau gewoon betere shorts zijn.
