SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel was de eerste isotone gel ter wereld die een gemakkelijk verteerbare en snelle toevoer van energierijke koolhydraten tijdens het sporten biedt. De gel is speciaal ontworpen om zonder water te worden geconsumeerd, waardoor het risico op een opgeblazen gevoel, dat soms optreedt bij het drinken van te veel vloeistof, tot een minimum wordt beperkt. Eén gelverpakking levert 22 gram koolhydraten.

Voordelen van SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel

SiS GO Isotonic Energy gels zijn uiterst handig en kunnen moeiteloos worden meegenomen zonder omvangrijke flessen.
toepassing:
Neem tijdens duurtraining 1 tot 3 gels per uur om de koolhydraten maximaal te benutten. U kunt ook een gel nemen tijdens een repetitieve training met hoge intensiteit (zoals voetbal of rugby) om uw glycogeenvoorraden snel aan te vullen.
